Exercise when the sun is out
Exercise when the sun is out, and preferably under the shade of trees. Research shows that being around trees not only can help you unwind and relax but can also boost your well-being. Sunlight is actually a great source of Vitamin D!
Despite living in sunny Singapore, many people actually don’t get enough sun exposure. Some people in fact do heavy cardio like night runs which means missing out on the benefits of the morning sun and instead breathing in carbon dioxide which is bad for health.
So do step outside and take deep breaths and accept the gift of oxygen from the trees and plants around us.
